Reactivation Care Centre

The Reactivation Care Centre is designed to help patients prepare to go back home, to rehab or to another care location. It’s staffed by St. Joseph’s staff and physicians, and patients will continue to receive the same high quality care they’ve experienced at St. Joseph’s. The team at the centre includes physiotherapists, occupational therapists, recreation therapists as well as nurses, nurse practitioners, physicians, social workers and other health professionals who will work together with you and your family.
