St. Joseph’s Health Centre

At St. Joseph’s Health Centre, we are committed to partnering with patients, families, and caregivers throughout their healthcare experience. Our Patient and Family Council typically meets on the second Wednesday of every month from September to June from 6 to 8 p.m. Our Patient and Family Council consists of former patients and family members of patients who have received care at St. Joseph’s. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, PFC meetings have switched to the virtual format.

How to Join

If you or someone you love received care at St. Joseph’s Health Centre and would like to play a role in helping to improve care for patients and families, we invite you to apply to join our Council as a Patient and Family Partner. Your voice matters to us and will help us improve the care we provide to all. To apply, please complete the PFP application form and indicate that you are interested in joining our Patient and Family Council.
