Join Our Electronic Patient Record (EPR) Project Team

Unity Health Toronto is committed to planning and implementing a network-wide electronic patient record (EPR) system that supports multiple care environments – from home to hospital and community – by 2024. This system will help us positively impact quality care, patient experience and operational excellence across all Unity Health sites.
