Have your say in Unity Health's next strategic plan!

Unity Health Toronto has kicked off the development process for our next strategy, which will guide our priorities, decision-making and sustainable growth over the next few years. Grounded in our mission and values, this strategy will help us harness the skills, strengths and passion of the organization to advance the delivery of compassionate, equitable and innovative health care.

As patients, families, partners and community members, you play an essential role in developing our next strategy. That’s why we’ve created this survey to help us understand where we should focus our efforts in the coming years. Please consider sharing your insights, feedback and ideas by Nov. 28. The survey should take no more than 5-10 minutes to complete, and your responses will help shape our future.

On Nov. 12, Unity Health will be hosting our fourth annual virtual Community Board Meeting, focused on our next strategy development. If you’re interested in further discussion about our next strategy and the development process, please consider attending.
