Patients

You must receive a referral from your health-care provider to access this service.

Please note: We will do our best to honour scheduled appointments. However, if there is a patient that requires urgent care, this means we may need to reschedule appointments last-minute to accommodate. If there is a change to your appointment, we will contact you immediately. Otherwise, please consider your MRI appointment confirmed and plan to arrive for your appointment as scheduled.

If you do not attend a scheduled appointment, we will not be able to rebook. This means you will require a new referral and be scheduled in priority sequence alongside other new referrals. To help reduce no-show rates, the Medical and Diagnostic Imaging team calls patients one to three weeks in advance of their appointment to confirm MRI appointments.
