Masking

In response to low levels of COVID-19 and flu in the community, masking is optional across Unity Health. Masks remain available at all entrances and in clinical areas, and everyone is welcome to continue masking in all areas. 

Please note:

• Visitors who are feeling unwell should not visit.
• Outpatients with respiratory symptoms should continue to mask

This masking policy is based on recommendations from the Infection Prevention and Control team at Unity Health and aligned with other Toronto hospitals. Masking requirements are subject to change depending on virus activity in the hospital and community.
