Syed Yaser Habeeb

Dr. Habeeb is a Toronto-raised Geriatrician and Internist with a clinical focus on cognitive impairment and polypharmacy. He completed medical school and training in Internal medicine at Queen’s University, followed by fellowship training in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Toronto. Dr. Habeeb brings broad medical expertise to the care of older adults with complex needs. He works closely with patients and families who are engaged and focused on aging well while prioritizing quality of life.
