Please be advised that the St. Michael’s Occupational Medicine and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) Clinic at 36 Toronto St. will be closed permanently as of Friday, December 19, 2025. If you’re a WSIB patient and you have any questions about referrals or patient care after December 19, please contact the WSIB at 416-344-1000.
The Occupational Medicine Clinic at St. Michael’s provides clinical consultations and exemplary care to those who are suffering from occupational and environmental injury and disease.
