Occupational Medicine Clinic
Please be advised that there has been a change to the Occupational Disease Program at the WSIB. St. Michael’s Occupational Medicine Clinic at 36 Toronto St. is permanently closed as of Friday, December 19, 2025.
We would like to thank the team at St. Michael’s Hospital for the care and services they have provided over the years in support of injured and ill individuals. We are pleased to share that the Occupational Disease Specialized Care Program will continue at North York General (AXIA). Individuals requiring services through this program can be referred to North York General (AXIA) starting January 19, 2026. Please hold all referrals to North York General (AXIA) until this date.
The Occupational Medicine Clinic at St. Michael’s provides clinical consultations and exemplary care to those who are suffering from occupational and environmental injury and disease.

Patients
You must receive a referral from your physician or the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board Occupational Disease Specialty Program to attend this clinic.
