What type of appointment should I book?

Step 1: Are you experiencing any of the following?

  • New-onset chest pain
  • Difficulty breathing
  • Change in neurological status – new weakness, seizure, slurred speech, head injury.
  • Suicidal thoughts or family members concerned about patient safety
  • Blood in vomit or stool
  • Serious injuries
  • Infant under 3 months with fever
  • Continuous vomiting and inability to drink fluids
  • Pregnant and bleeding or cramping (> 13 weeks)

Please call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Department

IF NO

Continue to step 2

Step 2: Do you need to book any of the following appointments?

  • Childhood vaccines appointments (also know as well baby visits)
  • Diabetes care visits (visit with nurse and doctor)
  • Blood pressure appointments (visit with nurse and doctor)
  • Preventative health/ Physical appointments (this varies by provider)
  • Prenatal appointments
