Sarah Freeman

Dr. Sarah Freeman is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at St. Joseph’s Health Centre. She completed her medical degree and residency training at the University of Toronto before joining the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2025.

Dr. Freeman offers comprehensive obstetrical and gynaecologic care with a special interest in minimally invasive gynaecologic surgery and colposcopy.

Passionate about medical education, Dr. Freeman has been recognized with multiple teaching awards from the University of Toronto and is actively involved in teaching medical students and residents. She has contributed to curriculum development in areas including trauma-informed care, women’s health, and health equity. Dr. Freeman is committed to providing inclusive, patient-centered, and trauma-informed care to her patients through all stages of life.
