Dr. Erica Pascoal is an Obstetrician and Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon at St. Joseph’s Health Centre.

She completed medical school at the University of Toronto and residency at McMaster University. She then completed a two-year fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at St. Michael’s Hospital in Toronto and gained skills in advanced laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, robotic surgery, and vaginal surgery. She concurrently completed a Master’s of Science in Healthcare Quality at Queen’s University.

She joined the Department of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at St. Joseph’s Health Centre in 2026.

She is an Assistant Professor at the University of Toronto. She provides general obstetrical care as well as care to patients with complex benign gynecologic conditions such as endometriosis and fibroids.

Her clinical interests include complex gynecologic surgery, including endometriosis, fibroids, prolapse and hysteroscopy and general obstetrics.
