Patients

You do not need to make an appointment for laboratory tests. However, please note that we will only perform tests for patients whose physicians have privileges at Unity Health.

Patients from Family Health teams do not have access to the on-site Outpatient lab and are asked to use a community lab (e.g. Lifelab or Dynacare) of their choice.

Only St. Michael’s requisitions can be used at on-site Lab.
