  • Exploring strengths, challenges, opportunities and threats
  • Understanding the changing external environment and health system
  • Mission and Values discussion and design

Discovery (September to November)

  • Preliminary discussions across our stakeholder groups
  • Develop of picture of what the health system might look like in the future
  • Develop options for a single Vision Statement for our Network

Validation (November to January 2019)

  • Engage with our stakeholder groups
  • Develop and test strategic themes and directions
  • Based on consultations, develop a draft plan and road map for the future

Launch of strategic plan (February to March)

  • Refine and finalize the strategic plan
  • Prepare across the network for the launch of the strategic plan
