What is a pulse survey?
A pulse survey is a shorter version of a comprehensive engagement survey that allows hospitals to quickly gather a snapshot of employee and physician engagement levels and to measure change and progress on key drivers of engagement identified from previous full-length survey results.
Is the survey confidential?
Yes, all responses go directly to our external survey vendor (metrics@work). No individual employee responses and/or personal identifiers are returned to the Network organizations (Providence, St. Joseph’s and St. Michael’s).
Who will get a report?
A summary of network-wide results at the organizational level will be communicated to all staff and physicians throughout the three sites once the results are tabulated.
When is the survey live?
Monday, Feb. 26 to Friday, March 16
Where do I go to complete the survey?
A link to the survey will be sent directly to your work email address from Metrics@Work.
Who can participate in the survey?
All staff and physicians.
How long will it take to complete?
The survey should take approximately five minutes to complete.
